Refund policy

Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at “Inquiry.eh@gmail.com”. Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We would advise a cancellation request within 12 hours upon your order submission in order for a cancellation prior to goods shipment

Return Policy

At Ed Hardy Malaysia, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our policy are catered to ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please review the guidelines  below for different return scenarios.

1)  Damaged or Defective Items  

We take great care in packaging and inspecting our products before shipping. However, if you  receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund (for item  out of stock only).  

Process:  

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by emailing inquiry.eh@gmail.com or reach us via WhatsApp using the Live Chat with your order details.  
  • Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item for verification.
  • We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a return label.
  • Once verified, we will ship the replacement or process the refund within 1-3 business  

✅ Solution: Free return and replacement or full refund (including shipping costs). 

2)  Change of Mind (Exchange Only)  

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. While we do not  offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:  

Eligibility:  

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Options Available:  

  • Exchange for another item of equal or higher value (customer pays the difference).
  • Receive store credit for future purchases (valid for 30 days).

Solution: Flexible exchange policy with store credit options. 

3)  Wrong or Missing Item Received  

If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item shipped or missing item), we will resolve it  immediately at no cost to you.  

Process:  

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the order at eh@edhardy.com.my with order details or WhatsApp to our customer service line for faster responses.  
  • Attach photos of the incorrect item (if applicable).
  • We will arrange a free return label and ship the correct item ASAP once verified. If the correct item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit (valid for 30 days).

Solution: Immediate reshipment or store credit, ensuring customer satisfaction. 

General Return Guidelines  

  • All return requests must be approved before shipping items back.
  • Returns without prior approval may be refused.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the item.  
  • Exchanges are only valid for items purchased from ED HARDY ASIA

REFUND POLICY

Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:

  1. Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
  2. Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.
