Order, Shipping & Delivery

How do I make an order?

Log in to your account; sign up if you have not created one.

Go to “ALL PRODUCTS” or “COLLECTION” from the top navigation menu to explore ED HARDY’s tattoo arts fashion.

1)   Select your favorite piece(s),
2)   Choose the Color
3)   Pick your Size (Find out your size by clicking “SIZE GUIDE” on the item’s page) and

4)   Click “ADD TO CART”
5)   Once all items are added, click on the “CART ICON” to view your added items, apply Coupon Code (if any)

6)   Proceed to “CHECKOUT” and enter your Billing Details

7)   Choose Your Payment, to complete your order.

How do I receive my order confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an Email Confirmation before we start preparing it.
How much does shipping cost?

For Malaysia:

Shipping is FREE for purchase with RM100 and above, RM10 shipping fee will be charged for purchase less than RM100.

 

For other Countries:

Please reach our customer service if you are interested with our products and wish to check out. Our team will assist you accordingly within the time manner.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Malaysia will take approximately 1-3 business days, delivery to Singapore will take 3-7 business days while International Delivery will take approximately 7-14 business days.

Refund Policy, Return & Exchange

Can I get a refund?

Our returns policy is simple, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have up to 14 days to return it back to us for an exchange or store credit. 


This is just a part of our service guarantee to our customer.

How to make a return & exchange?

We offer return & exchanges policy as the following:


  1. Items must be returned and exchange within 14 days from receiving date
  2. Still have the original tags attached and packaging intact
  3. Be in new, unworn, saleable condition, determined by ED HARDY upon inspection
  4. The shipping and postage fee for returned items is borne by the buyer.

When will I receive my exchange or store credit?

Once we receive your parcel, we will process your return with a confirmation email and the process of exchange or store credit will be within 1-7 days from confirmation of our email.

Will Ed Hardy physical store staff know I am a member?
You will need to present your name, registered Malaysia mobile number or other identity information every time you visit any Ed Hardy physical store.

Can I share my membership with my friends and family?
Oh sorry, the Ed Hardy’s membership, benefits and points are non-transferrable, not exchangeable for cash and cannot be shared.
Can I use my membership benefits used in other countries?
No. Your Ed Hardy points are valid for the membership program in Malaysia only.
